Do you know people who were not happy with their lives and so they started over? New job, new house, new location, maybe a new spouse and/or new friends? Were they happy after all the changes? If not, I suspect it’s because they changed everything except themselves.
Unless we change, our lives are not going to change. Unless we change, we cannot start over, because we are taking our old self with us. Unless we change, we will create the same life we had before, just on a different stage and with a new cast.
